PHASE 1: Demolition, soft site strip, tree removal, soil remediation of contaminated soils and abatement works, bulk earthworks, geofabric layer, import and back-fill site to proposed levels and construct site compound and access hardstands & piling platform construction.
PHASE 2: Pre-Drilling of all Foundation Piles and back-filling with stabilised sand, then installing all CFA Foundation Piles to building footprints, including pile break-back and all in-ground footings works and final slab on ground construction.
